How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Each item is made to order and we do our best to ship everything within 7-10 days. Expect shipping times of 3-5 business days for domestic delivery. **This means your total purchase to delivery time can be up to two weeks**

But sometimes we’re out of stock, and it might take a bit longer. Our merchandise is sent by airmail from California, to anywhere in the world. International orders may be subject to customs duties & taxes.

We are not responsible for any damage or delays incurred by the shipping service. We do our best to process your orders as soon as possible and cannot control any delays that may occur within the USPS.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope, you don’t need to have an account to place an order with Groove Submarine. You can simply shop, add items to the shopping cart, and check out. When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order.

How Do I Place Orders with Groove Submarine?
  1. Visit the product page for an item you wish to buy.
  2. Tab Add to Card.
  3. When you’ve finished adding items to your cart, tap the Shopping Cart icon (Top Right Corner).
  4. If you need to edit the items in your Cart, tap ‘VIEW CART‘ at the Shopping Cart icon.
  5. Tap Proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Review your order information and tap CONTINUE TO PAYMENT to complete your purchase.

You’ll see an order confirmation screen when your purchase has been completed.

How Can I Return a Product?

We offer a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) or in the case of damaged or incorrect items received, items will be replaced if we are informed within 30 days of purchase.

  1. Email us at contact@groovesubmarine.com, include pictures if possible, and we’ll do our best to make the returns process easy. Please be sure to include your order number and order details.
  2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We’ll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
